Online Booking deposits. A $50 deposit is required to book your appointment online in order to reserve your time with the dentist. Our receptionist will be in contact with you shortly to take your deposit over the phone. Please note, your appointment will be cancelled if no deposit is taken. Online deposits help us, help you! Deposits are a commitment to the appointment where both the patient and dentist agree to attend at the chosen time. This enables us to provide you with our best possible service and care as well as being ready and available at the time of your appointment. They allow for our daily book to run smoothly and more importantly, for you to have the best experience without feeling rushed.
We guarantee your time in the chair is productive and 100% dedicated to you! In the instance you would need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we would require 48hr notice and your deposit would be credited to your account Unfortunately, it is common that some patients do not show up to their appointments or cancel at short notice with no reason given, this means a patient in need or in pain would miss out on this appointment. If sufficient notice is not given, the deposit will regrettably be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to provide you and your family quality dental care!
